  This is a horrible Burger King! I wish I could give zero stars. They sent me home with burnt burgers, when I called, the asst. Manger was very rude. I've called corporate 3 times, they couldn't care less. Apparently the asst. Manager is a liar, as well as an incompetent employee she told corporate that the matter had been resolved & our meals replaced, a flat out lie. They've lost my business.

  Poor food quality. Have visited this location 4 separate times since they have opened. Each time I have requested fresh hot fries or onion rings. Each time food is cold. I have gone inside as well. They always have large piles of fried food under so called warmers. Horrible food. And then when you request a remake. They just grab from the same pile. Also with burgers. I have noticed they taste very very very old and extremely greasey. Nothing seems fresh at all. The times I have gone is during the rush so you would believe food is fresh. But its not....I will not be visiting this location or the winter haven locations anymore as it seems the management team has no clue on how to provide high quality, fresh, and hot food. Its sad really.

  Food has been good, prices GREAT, but at times there is a REALLY long wait! Not fun when you're on your lunch break..
