  Sitting in restaurant with cold food on my table. The manager brought out herself. No smiles or polite. I will say that waitress was doing her job and was polite.. We frequent here often. Will have to take this off of our places to eat. Not like it used to be. Dispointing.

  Ashley was the best server we have had...We went for an early Valentine's Day dinner. Thank you for the great service. We will definitely be back.

  Awful food and worse service. We were seated at booth 101 in the bar area. Waited ovyer 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally as we were getting ready to leave a server stated our server was busy but they would get our drinks. We should have just left. 30 minutes after being seated we finally ordered. My husband a burger I got ribs. Our food came my husband asked runner for mayo. My ribs are ice cold. Our server nowhere to be found and still no mayo. Finally flagged down a runner after 10minutes to send ribs back and ask for mayo again. Five minutes later server brings mayo for my husbands cold burger and states my ribs will be another 13 minutes. Husband done eating my ribs arrive so dried out with soggy fries it was inedible. (Possibly microwaved). Server see food uneaten says nothing just drops desserts with our dirty plates still on table. No manager in site this night at all. Very disappointed in chilis. I have worked for Chilis in Virginia and Colorado and know your standards are better than this. I suggest you send new trainers.

  This is the worst chilis I have ever been to. First of all we had 8 people and they tried to squeeze my party into a 6 top with two chairs on the end. Our server stated that he was getting a 20 tops so he wasn't going to be very attentive. Then we received our bar drinks, the drink did not look nothing like the picture it looked like a cup of fruit punch. They also brought the two for one beers over at the same time, because we totally like a second hot beer, right? I called a server over and asked where the sugar on my drink was along with the orange and she said sorry we're busy we do not have time. Are you kidding me? I will never be back to this one.

  Even though i was disappointed on this new burger w an egg (shaped like Mickey Mouse ) and waited for the manager for about 15 minutes ,he did take out this item off my bill . If i do return ,it'll only be for a drink and maybe some southwestern eggrolls .
